That’s how I learnt then in Japan kids don’t put their teeth under the pillow, but throw them onto the roof or towards the ground (depending on the tooth location). While I was creating the Tooth Fairy letter, I recalled a Japanese anime I once saw, where a kid threw his fallen tooth from the roof.
